Usha is dedicated to her vision to ignite the potential of people, including children, to the realisation of an empowered world. 

She is a personal life coach, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, and a qualified primary school teacher.   

Usha’s journey and dedication to empower others began following a debilitating illness in 2000.  Her own healing and self-development journey was inspired by Louise Hay’s book ‘You Can Heal Your Life’ and she is now a Louise L. Hay Practitioner.  She runs ‘Heal Your Life’ adult workshops where group members can take part in simple yet powerful exercises such as inner child work, releasing anger in a safe environment, and learning how to forgive.  

The Healing Feeling 4 Kids program evolved with fantastic positive results and Usha now teaches these from a number of different school and private venues.  She won a millennium award from ‘Unltd’ to run a summer program in August 2007 and was featured in The Times newspaper.  She is going to run another Summer workshop in July/August 2008.   

She is dedicated and passionately motivated in sharing her tried and tested, pioneering work for children aged 8yrs – 15yrs.  She is currently writing a book to accompany the program.

Throughout her journey, various mediums and angel readers have conveyed to her that she is an ‘Earth Angel’ with a special gift of working with children, specifically the ‘Indigo Children’.  Archangel Metatron is guiding her journey.

Her commitment to help others means she is continually learning from various disciplines, but her greatest teachers are the people she works with including adults as well as children.  Usha is also skilled Reflexologist, an experienced Indian Head Massage Therapist and a Massage in Schools Instructor.  She is a Reiki Master/Teacher, metaphysical practitioner and is now training to become a psychotherapist.
