HEALING-FEELING - Think Happy Be Happy

About...

Usha Chudasama

usha chudasamaUsha is the Director of ‘The Healing Feeling.'  This programme evolved as a result of Usha's experience as an authorised leader of ‘Heal Your Life' personal development adult workshops based on the basic philosophy of Louise Hay “It’s only a thought and a thought can be changed”

Usha finished her Louise Hay Teacher Training in 2004, and can be seen listed on www.achieveyourdreamsteachers.com. She adapted the philosophy that every thought we think is creating our future. The point of power is in the present moment. When we really love ourselves, everything in our life works. We create every so called illness in our body. We must release the past and forgive everyone. So it could be used with children. Her ideas came together to form the Healing Feeling 4 Kids programme for which she won a millennium award from ‘Unltd’. Some of the activities have been adapted from Dianne Peglar’s original Hay4Kids programme with her kind permission.

Helping children is her passion and she studied to become a qualified primary school teacher, gaining her First Class Degree as a mature student. She is also a skilled Reflexologist, an experienced Indian Head Massage Therapist. She is very keen on using complimentary therapies and is a member of ‘ELTH’ – East London Therapists.

Usha is a ‘Massage In Schools’ instructor, and is attuned to Reiki. She studied Fiona Harrold's Life coaching course at Newcastle College and graduated with a diploma in Life Coaching. She is also a qualified Neuro Linguistic Practitioner (NLP) in Contemporary Psychotherapy.  Personal development is very important to her and she is currently training to be a metaphysical counsellor.  She is a member of the National Union of Teachers, General Teaching Council, Massage in schools association, and Community for Contemporary Psychotherapy.

Her inspiration and role model is Mahatma Gandhi.

“Be the change you want to see in the world”

“A man is but the product of his thoughts; what he thinks, he becomes”

Usha strives to help others to think positively and thus change their lives.

Acknowledgements and Thanks

There are just too many people to mention. I am so blessed to have a loving family, so many supporters and real friends.

However, I would expecially like to thank Dianne Peglar for entrusting me with the original Hay4kids workshop and her continued encouragement and support.
